Epic Seven undergoes periodic updates, making content recommendations in older YouTube videos potentially outdated. You might encounter suggestions for units or strategies that are no longer optimal due to newer releases. Navigating this challenge can be tricky, especially for new players unsure of the game’s current state. To stay informed, seek out more recent videos or cross-verify information by consulting other players within the community or checking reliable sources like our site for the latest insights.
Currency in game
Refer to the Currency Guide for insights on acquiring and utilizing various in-game currencies. While memorizing all currencies may not be necessary initially, this guide becomes invaluable as you unlock more content. For new players, prioritizing an understanding of Gold, Skystones, and Covenant Bookmarks proves essential for a seamless gaming experience.
Bookmarks (BM's) & Mystic Medals
To maximize your chances of obtaining Bookmarks (BM’s) in Epic Seven, actively participate in the game’s events and regular quests. Special events, daily missions, and adventure objectives often provide rewards in the form of Bookmarks. Tips & Tricks: The best way to get bookmarks & Mystic Medals is to refresh the secret shop and buy bookmarks instead of purchasing them directly from the shop. It only costs 3 Skystone, but it’s the most efficient way to farm them.
Tips for Artifacts
Generally, it’s advisable to retain every 5-star artifact you acquire, as there’s potential for future buffs. As a tip, I would recommend keeping one of each artifact just in case, but that’s just my suggestion. Additionally, selling artifacts rewards you with Powder of Knowledge (Powder), a currency enabling the purchase of Bottle of Knowledge and rotating 5-star artifacts. If you’re uncertain, you can always refer to our tier list for guidance on whether to keep or sell a particular artifact.
Heroes Management
Ensure you retain at least one copy of every hero with a rarity of 3* or higher, as all units have the potential for future buffs. Even if a hero seems underwhelming now, adjustments could make them more viable later on.
All heroes can be promoted to increase their level cap up to 60.
Duplicate heroes should be utilized for imprinting purposes. Imprinting grants bonus stats to either the hero’s allies or themselves and provides blooms, assisting in promoting units. Additionally, Fire, Ice, and Earth (RGB) units can be used to imprint their Light and Dark counterparts, also known as Moonlight (ML) forms or any alternate forms. It’s crucial to consider existing or potential future ML forms before committing to 5-star imprints.
As a trick, every time you achieve an SSS imprint on a unit, you’ll also advance in a reputation quest that rewards Covenant bookmarks. Generally, it’s advised to retain one SSS copy of all 3-star heroes, followed by SSSing a second copy, which can be transmitted (sold) for Silver Transmit Stones (STS). After completing the quest, you can then consider selling any 3 or 4-star heroes for which you already have SSS copies. Ensure to factor in any Moonlight (ML) forms as well.
