Understanding the Rerolling Game in Epic Seven

Ever wondered what’s up with rerolling in Epic Seven? Let’s break it down. Rerolling is like hitting the reset button on your in-game journey to make sure you get the characters you really want. In the world of gacha games, you get some freebies to unlock characters, but here’s the catch – Epic Seven’s RNG system can be a bit tricky.

Getting the characters you’re dreaming of isn’t a guarantee. So, what do players do? They reset their accounts, take another shot at the initial summons, and keep at it until they’re happy with what they’ve got. That’s the rerolling game in a nutshell.

Starting in Epic Seven

Now, the reroll game in Epic Seven has a bit of a twist. In the good old days, you could roll the dice for a coveted ML (Moonlight) unit, but things have changed a bit. The thing is, you don’t necessarily need MLs to rock Epic Seven. The process still kicks off with a free daily summon – a little something to get the ball rolling.

And here’s the deal: after this, you’ll snag a 3-Star, and then it’s time to dance with the tutorial. Don’t worry; you can skip the tutorial if you’re feeling confident. It’s all leading up to the Covenant summon, setting the stage for your Epic Seven journey.

Maximizing Rerolls in Epic Seven

Embarking on the journey of rerolling for a new Epic Seven account? Here’s the inside scoop. Right from the get-go, you have the chance to strike gold with an ML Five-star – a unique and powerful unit that can be a game-changer. ML stands for Moonlight, indicating these heroes are a bit more special and harder to come by.

Now, if you’re like me, with time constraints and no 5-star luck in sight, that’s perfectly fine.

Now, let’s dive into the heart of it – the Selective Summon. Brace yourself for a wave of excitement because every roll in Selective Summon guarantees you a 5-star hero or artifact. The real gem here is that you can save or record the summon results for future reference. Whether you want to confirm the current summon or go back to check a saved one, the power is in your hands.

For those moments when the elusive ML Five-star doesn’t shine on you, it’s all good. The Selective Summon tier list below will guide you through, ensuring you make the most out of your rerolling adventure.

Choosing the best character in Selective Summon

When it comes to cherry-picking your 5-star hero or artifact in Selective Summon, the choices are plenty, and making an informed decision is crucial. Some top picks include Iseria and Ravi, each with their unique strengths. Ravi is a versatile hero, excelling in various scenarios, while Iseria stands out for making PvE content a breeze.

Now, you might have heard of Destina, a soul weaver, being recommended by some. However, my take on this is a bit different. Early on, I find Destina to lean more towards PvP, and considering the array of excellent soul weavers available in the game, she might not be your immediate go-to choice.

If units like Sez come your way during the selection process, don’t hesitate to snatch them up. Sigret, once a prime option, is now available for free, so we’ll be skipping over her.

The iteration continues until we land our desired pick – in my case, the nature-loving Iseria, an earth unit and a formidable green ranger. While Vildred used to be a powerhouse, the game’s evolving landscape has introduced other powerful AoE  (Area of Effect, refers to attacks or abilities that affect multiple targets) damage dealers like Mercedes, making Vildred less essential in the current meta.

Refining Your Selection in Selective Summon

Once you’ve made your initial choice, whether it’s Iseria or another hero, consider recording the summon and then attempting another roll. This allows you to evaluate your options more strategically. In my case, securing Iseria is a top priority due to her exceptional performance.

While making your selections, keep an eye on artifacts that hold a favorable position in the tier list. Don’t forget to check out the rankings for both 4-star and 3-star options. Now, as the curtains fall on the Selective Summon, be aware that a second round will be available after Episode 3, which we will explore later in our Epic Seven journey.
